How to Apply
Thank you for applying with C&D Property Management Inc. We look forward to processing your application as quickly as possible. On average an application can be processed in 3-5 business days. The process can be quicker if you help by providing the items listed below. All information collected by C&D Property Management Inc. will be kept confidential.
What you should know before applying:
- Application Fee- A thirty dollar ($30.00) fee per any person over the age of eighteen (18) years of age. The fee must be paid before any processing of the application will take place. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Complete the Application- Complete ALL areas of the application. If C&D Property Management Inc. has to look up phone numbers, this will delay the processing of the application.
- Photo ID- For your protection we must have proof of who you are. You are required to upload a picture of your photo ID during the application process.
- Income Verification- Proof of income for the last three (3) months, whether it be employment checks or Social Security benefits. Proof of Income should be uploaded during the application process, failure to upload proof of income will delay the processing of your application.
