- Must have proof of residency in the county for 90 days
- Have been honorably discharged
- Can apply for assistance up to 3 times in a 12 month period
- Assistnace under $1000 in a 12-month period can be approved by the Director (3-5 day process)
- Assistance over $1000 must be approved by Board of Directors who meet 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month
